I created a custom league (Estonian Premier Division) with 10 clubs, 5 professional and 5 semi-professional. The wages seem to be a bit off, though - everyone in the professional clubs are on 475£ a week and I can't offer them any lower than that, only higher. That includes the players in reserve teams also (the youth players get 55£ a week). It should be something like this: a few choice key players get up to 800£ a week, most first team regulars get around 450-500£ a week, back-up players get around 200£ a week. I built the reputations of players and clubs off of Finnish Premier League (Veikkausliga) so they should be similar. The problem should also not be with Weekly Wage Values, because those are also built off of Veikkausliga and the wage system works there. Can anyone help me with the following: - why are players in my custom league asking so much money when their reputations are not that high? - why can't I offer anyone lower than 475£ a week?
