Tomelot
So I am playing in 2019. year now and just had a new youth intake and I got one player who has the potential to become world class striker. Any advice how to properly train that player?
Sikker
You've left out the most essential - his attributes, position as well as how professional he is. So, make sure he has a professional attitude. If not find a suitable player to tutor him. Train whatever weaknesses he has you want to improve or train whatever attributes that are essential for his position. Give him 1st team playing time. Make sure you have the best coaches and facilities. Edit: basically train him as you would anyone else..

steveekay
you don't have to cancel his tutoring, i always get my senior players tutoring regardless.
Ylt
you don't have to cancel his tutoring, i always get my senior players tutoring regardless. You should only tutor if the senior player has higher ambition and professionalism and if possible determination (not as important) and/or desirable ppms. Otherwise the tutoring will be detrimental to the youngster.
