Clear Cut Chances

Its 2019 and Gateshead are in the Championship but they can't buy a goal. The team is using the same tactic which saw them win League one last year scoring 78 goals. It is a traditional 442 - details below.

From watching the games i seem to be getting plenty of chances and appear to be playing well but just not scoring. As you can see from the table below in my last 10 games I've had 24 clear cut chances, 19 half chances but only scored 6 goals. Is this normal? What would people say is a normal conversion rate of a clear cut chance, what can I do to score more?
