New patch, new save....renew database?

Hi guys, I'm really new to this as I'm not seen often in this forum section, but I do have question regarding database editors and etc.

I've set my heart on a new save with patch 15.3 and I'd like to start a journeyman save, but instead of going with the leagues supported by SI, I wanted to go for a challenge. I've downloaded the leagues from Japan, New Zealand, Australia and United States.

Thanks for reading all this...most have been boring :-p

Here's my question: Since patch 15.3 conflicts with leagues from Japan, Australia and United States, do I have to wait for the editors to update them? and is this usual?? What term can I expect, normally to see this one out?
