Xeneize12 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 So, for some reason I tried to follow and SI fix for the new animation issue and broke hours of customization... I followed the following: *First delete your cache folder as shown here (please use the second option and delete your cache from outside the game) - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/...o#delete-cache * Then delete your preferences files as shown here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/...te-preferences (skiped the deletion of this folder) * Then finally reverify your cache as shown here - https://support.sega.co.uk/hc/en-gb/...o#verify-cache And now all my logos and facepacks are gone! michaeltmurrayuk Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 If you previously changed the Saving Location you will need to rechange it to your custom location as the above steps reset everything to default, after you have done that you will need to exit and reload FM, you may also need to turn off the skin cache from the preferences menu and then reload your skin (after they are showing you can turn the cache back on).
