Have checked all clubs to make sure they didn't have a manager set up already, initially a problem with Levante for Junior, but made the manager who was offered a job, a manager at another club Can't guarantee they'll all stay, but hopefully they will for the rest of the season (unless they get sacked)

If not for FM15 then definitely for FM16 (provided i buy it )Erik Backermann leaves 2nd place Hearts for 1st place Celtic. Well, that's a unpleasant move (I really really really LOATHE Celtic after several years of SPL saves where I always end up bumping heads with Neil Lennon, who I'm sure is a cracking nice bloke in real life but always had horrible, mean and hurtful things to say about me personally...) Only way this turns out well is if they rename Celtic Park to Backermann Field.
Charlesbeams
End of Season 2049/50 Staff Erik Bäckermann - Left Hearts despite getting them into 2nd place, he went to Celtic and claimed the Premiership win as his own. Celtic were Scottish Cup runners up too. Lawrence Lazewski - Took over at Roma and got them into 6th place in Serie A. Was poor in the Italian Cup going out in the first round. Relegated Staff Antoine Clemont - Relegated again, this time with Stevenage in the Championship, finishing in 24th place. To make it worse he was sacked just after. El Ticuito - Not so good for MK Dons, finishing in 24th in League Two, getting Relegated for the 3rd time in his career. Is still manager there. Zachary Eldinho - Not great, but finished round about where they were predicted, in 17th place. Poor in all cups. Christopher Hatton - Not too good for Hatton and Lazio as they were relegated from Serie B for the first time ever in back to back relegations. Is currently still manager. Junior - Manager Stats - Levante take 15th place in the league, not too bad overall, predicted to finish 11th though. Knocked out in the first round they entered the cup. Steven Kemp - Sacked by Brescia, but eventually got himself the Modena job. Hasn't had chance to play any games yet. Modena finished 9th in Serie A. Aboubakari Mensah - One better than last season, an 8th place finish for Peterborough, play-offs next season? Bambang Pinheiro - Sacked by Man Utd after poor results. Is now looking for a new club. Chris Small - Quite good overall with a 5th place finish in the league and getting into Europe again, hopefully making the group stages of the Europa League this time. Charlesbeams
End of Season 2050/51 Staff Erik Bäckermann - Another Premiership win for Celtic, but not much else to cheer for. Knocked out of the Champions League groups and then the Europa League 2nd round. Lawrence Lazewski - A good season and not too far off winning the title, 2nd place in the end. Reached the Europa League 2nd knockout round. Relegated Staff Antoine Clemont - Still looking for a new club. El Ticuito - Not too bad overall, although failure to get promoted via the play-offs meant he was sacked by MK dons. Zachary Eldinho - Decided to head back home to Jonkopings Sodra who were in the play-off places, but unfortunately lost and will have to try again. Currently 1st in the league after 10 games. Christopher Hatton - Wasn't doing too badly and would have made the play-offs, but was sacked by Lazio. Junior - Manager Stats - Sacked by Levante and still looking for a new club. Steven Kemp - Struggled with Modena as they finished 15th in Serie A. He was sacked and will be looking for a new club. Lawrence Lazewski - Sacked by Roma in December due to their league position. Looking for a new club. Relegated Staff Antoine Clemont - Still looking for a new club. El Ticuito - Did quite well overall, but just couldn't get MK Dons back into league two through the play-offs and was sacked. Zachary Eldinho - A very good season after just missing promotion last season, Jonkopings went out and won the league. Currently 8th in the Swedish Premier Division. Christopher Hatton - Still looking for a new club. Junior - Manager Stats - Not too good for Junior as he takes over at struggling Middlesbrough and got them relegated, his 3rd relegation as a manager. He took over at Napoli and finished in 4th place. Lawrence Lazewski - Still looking for a new club. Relegated Staff Antoine Clemont - Great season for Beira-Mar who won the Portuguese Second League on the last day of the season. El Ticuito - Lasted nearly all season, but failure to get promoted through the play-offs meant he was sacked by Valladolid. Zachary Eldinho - Not too bad, finished in 12th place last season and currently in 13th place after 12 games. Christopher Hatton - Still looking for a new club. Junior - Manager Stats - Still with Middlesbrough and it's back into the Premier League following a play-off win against Crewe. Charlesbeams
End of Season 2053/54 Staff Erik Bäckermann - Was sacked by Napoli early in the season and eventually took over at Fiorentina at the end of the season. Fiorentina finished 8th. Lawrence Lazewski - Still looking for a new club. Relegated Staff Antoine Clemont - Not too good, but he did keep Beira-Mar in the league after finishing 15th, but lots of rumours he will be sacked. El Ticuito - Predicted to finish 18th, he almost got Blackpool relegated from League Two. Either way a 22nd place finish was not good enough and he was sacked again. Zachary Eldinho - Pretty bad season finding themselves bottom of the league and getting relegated. Currently 14th in the Swedish First Division Elite. Christopher Hatton - No more jobs for Hatton as he decides to Retire from Football. Junior - Manager Stats - Won just 6 games all season and found himself getting relegated again. Because of the relegation he was sacked. Now the most relegated of all people. Steven Kemp - Still looking for a new club.
