dap1987
Are you paying his full wage while he is on loan? If yes, then i'm not sure really If you paying 0% of it, you can't really fine him money you're not paying
hluraven
You can't. I believe this is true in real life as well, basically, you aren't his employer, so you can't discipline him. His club is his employer, and you pay them his wages and/or a fee, so only they can discipline him.
princejero
Oh no... So how do i discipline/warn him then for getting sent off again cause the warn player for last game option only has 1) bad defending, 2) not enough tackle or rate of tackling?, 3) poor game. and i think its all not appropriate for telling him i'm pissed he got sent off... podunkboy
I guess if you're that unhappy, you can cancel the loan and replace him.
Haiku
I'm wondering, is it not against the law fining a player for poor performance? I mean, he is under contract, and you basically refuse to pay him 2 week wages. He could call his lawyer and sue the club.
chob
Can you still give him a warning? I can't remember if you can even warn a loan player.
Jayddwoo
I think football has different "laws" to normal jobs. If i was performing extremely poorly in my job, my employers could warn me, then sack me. Can't really sack a footballer if he's playing crap. Have to sell him and even then he doesn't have to leave unless he wants.
