OHL Staff

Hey guys,

Is there a way to view finances for staff? Also in the OHL league the board allows new signings of coaches up to e.x. 11,000 p/a but my offers wont go above 1,500 p/a?

Some staff on the unemployed list are much better than the original team staff but will work for nearly 10 times less over multiple years? Any in depth guides or info out there for managing staff?

You can view what you're paying your staff/contract length on the personnel tab.

I was playing OHL an update or two ago. You could/can totally get away with paying staff 1.5k/year. They'll be susceptible to poaching from other junior teams where you won't get compensated, but you can get such high quality staff (Babcock, Trotz, etc.) for so cheap that it sort of doesn't really matter, especially since you can sign guys away from other teams yourself without a problem.

Thanks for the response. Was looking to see some type of breakdown of the staff salaries on the Income and Expenditure sheets. Like you said its early access, though it would be nice to see that area get some attention. I'm a stickler for playing by the book so signing these guys for peanuts feels cheesy but will play around with it for testings sake, the default staff might provide a good challenge anyway.
