kidhander1983
As usual in Dusseldorf, I notice in the offseason that Clarke Breitkreuz from Sorel Tracy is transfer listed. I offer for him, I'm allowed to discuss his contract. He requires a part-time contract worth $4,900 per season. I think it would be even illegal to offer such a low salary in Germany! As I don't like cheating I offered him a full-time contract, $45,000 per year. Perhaps putting a flag that pro teams can't offer part-time contracts? Or maybe get rid of part-time contracts once for all?
nhl-mmv-gc
This doesn't quite seem a bug. Personally, I'd find it awesome that a guy wants part-time at $4,900. I don't know about Germany, but over in Norway, highest I can pay a guy is $33,000. Would have gladly signed him for that $4,900 part-time.

Seems like a bug to me (at 4900/33000 that should mean the player should only be available to you roughly 15% of the time, and I don't think that's what happens in-game)
nhl-mmv-gc
Seems like a bug to me (at 4900/33000 that should mean the player should only be available to you roughly 15% of the time, and I don't think that's what happens in-game) I can pay a key player $33,000, but most players ask for around $21,000 to $28,500 in my league. Due to my current finances, I only fill three full lines, I never fill a fourth line up with guys I am paying. I will sometimes bring players up from the U20 team, but they greatly detract from my teams ability overall. I'd much rather sign a guy who's better, at a part-time contract. It may be a bug in this instance, as it's the DEL, but I'm playing in the GET Ligaen. Perhaps the guy OP is talking about should be asking for more, but if I found that guy, I'd pick him up quick. I actually want more players to want part-time contracts. Never can sign a guy to $5,000 part-time, even if I give him a signing bonus of $20,000; which I have the transfer money for, but not the player budget for.
