oi_oi_ginger_roy
I've never really done much with training but want to get more involved (rather than leave it to my AM) Does anyone have a decent thread/blog i could read or have some tips themselves? HUNT3R
Isn't it easier just to ask about the issues that are unclear to you? There are users here with fantastic knowledge of the training/development side of the game and I'm sure they'll be glad to answer any questions. Going to use it to optimize my youth development as I've been leaving it to my assistant but I think I am ready to take over that detail now.
andrewsgn
Rashidi's blog was a huge help to me in figuring out training. I had read a lot of other material but for some reason it didn't all click until I read Rashidi's posts. Go here: http://addictedtofm.com/ and read the all the stuff under the Training heading. madmike
Sorry if this has been covered but I cant find a clear answer. http://i.imgur.com/3AF1lHP.png In the above screen-shot you can see it says 30% of time is spent on match prep (Attacking Movement) So that leaves 70% for general training, in this case Fitness. My question is, if I then set my striker to individual role Poacher training what is the final breakdown? 35% poacher training, 35% fitness and 30% attacking movement? And how about if I begin training him as an AMC (new position)? would the percentages break down further? Thanks in advance
Cleon
Taken from; http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/380395-Ajax-When-Real-Life-Meets-Football-Manager-FM14 You can train a Focus, Position and Preferred Move if you wish to, but they will eat into each other's time, rather than into general training. Individual training does NOT come out of general training - it is added together to create an overall workload
