Olympic Break errors

Hello,

THere's actually two things on this file:

1. The Olympic break did not work so well. There were several NHL games during the break, and the AI did not handle it well (Called up many players that were waiver eligible, and I had something like 40 guys on waivers in the two days after NHL games started again). Also, the scheduling post break wasn't hot- many teams had 3 in 4 days, the Penguins had 4 games in a row.

2. On this save file, RFA's are not working, players that are listed as potential RFA's do not have that information on their contract offer page, and offering what appears to be qualifying offers does not take.
