Once again I will be creating probably the biggest English league databases around. Unfortunate this season the Mid Sussex League only goes down to Level 22 after they made some of the leagues bigger, but that won't stop me!

I also plan to add more leagues in Level 11 and hopefully some in Level 12 if time allows. If anyone has a Level 11 league they would want to see in the database then please tell me. Once the game is released and I have the editor then I will start the database and keep you up to date in this thread.

The pyramid goes down to Level 23, not 22. The Southern Combination League Division Three sits at Level 11 (although hasn't been officially given Step 7 yet) and the Mid-Sussex League starts at Level 12.

On this link I've noticed they've missed out on the Mid Sussex League Division 10! I thought there were 23

I haven't used that page for a pyramid the last couple of seasons, there's some leagues on there that aren't around anymore and some leagues have incorrect number of teams. There's also a few leagues which aren't on there too. I've got my own pyramid which I use.

I follow a team in the Mid-Sussex League so know a bit about it :)

Can a mod please change the title to [FM2016] England Level 23

You are right, they seem to have missed out a division, making it down to level 23. I must admit I thought that site was accurate, certainly looks good with good links, but it seems I was mistaken. One thing that has changed is the two playable sides (Crawley Utd & AFC Bolnore are in the league above). There are looks like two different playable teams in the bottom division. AFC Wivelsfield Wanderers who seem to have been relegated & new side Keymer & Hassocks.

Wivelsfield Wanderers might be folding, they haven't got any players registered. They had a second team in Division Eleven last season and folded one month into the season without playing a game. Keymer & Hassocks are a returning club to the league, they were last in the league in 2013-14, but there was a team called Keymer in one of the higher divisions last season.

If I remember, Keymer & Hassocks played at Adastra Park, Hassocks FC's old ground before they moved to the Beacon

It's good to see Burgess Hill Albion back in the Mid Sussex after their 1 year merger with Hurstpierpoint.

They were in the Mid-Sussex League last season too as Burgess Hill & Hurst Albion, AFC Bolnore beat their fourth team 6-0 in one of the league cup competitions.

Yeah they do mate, they're playing there this season. I think Keymer did last season to be honest, but will have to check my records.

I know the first team were in the Sussex County League and they kept their reserve teams in the Mid Sussex Leagues, I saw Burgess Hill Albions last home game of the 13/14 season against Cuckfield Rangers at Fairfield Rec in Burgess Hill, both sides starting keepers were both former Burgess Hill Town players plus Albion had a few more outfield players who had been with the club

Just a note could you make it so FC Romania have Romanian regens? I noticed that their regens had English names and No Romania Second Nationality and as far as I know only Romanians can play for FC Romania? to do it In my Australian Pyramid I duplicated the city and set the local region as a local region from Serbia for and made the duplicated city the city of the club Bonnyrigg White Eagles for example. just a suggestion as it would make a tiny bit more realistic :)

Not entirely true

Does the team consist only of Romanians or are foreigners accepted?

We organise trials to find new players before every season and nationality is not important. If the player is considered to be of help, our arms are wide open. For the moment however, the team only consists of Romanians.

BWE doesn't only sign Serbs either, Wellington just signed Dylan Fox from there who certainly isn't Serb lol

of course, but I'm just saying that because of the regens they can still sign foreigners etc. but would still be a good if they're producing players from their own ethnic group. Like a few years down the line there will be no Romanians playing for FC Romania if this makes sense at all

On my FM15 database I made it so FC Romania had Romanian regens as well as English

As much as I can without the file lagging in-game. It took me a few months to do the last one so me adding more leagues will take longer.

Will you be doing a 'stripped-down' version with just one thread from c level 10 or 11 going down to level 23?

I will more than likely do a Level 10/11 release before Level 23

Sure, but with the one going down to L23, can you just activate the leagues that go directly to the L23 league, without loading up all the other leagues that your L23 club will never get promoted to? I'm mindful of not overloading my savegame file and slowing everything down.

The reason I'm asking is because I have an experiment I'd like to explore. The idea is to create a team (using the editor, not the new FM16 function) with every player being aged 15 with CA1 and PA 200. all other attributes, hidden and unhidden being untouched. The club would need, therefore, to start at the lowest conceivable level. Without buying any players and tweaking all new youth recruits to start with CA1, I want to see how far I can take such a team (I know all the caveats and I know how to rig the data to ensure the players stay with the club, by the way).

Dan would it be possible if you included the South West Peninsula Division One which has the East and West Leagues? Barring Truro City football down here in Cornwall is rather obscure :)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015–16_South_West_Peninsula_League

would love to manage appledore...used to live 10 mins away and was secretary of bideford & appledore junior football club at the time, so went to marshford as much as possible for social events :applause:

FC Romania seem to have a really good squad of players for Level 9, in the test runs I've done they won every league game, I might have to release their whole squad and have a squad of regens which should make the league fairer

I seem to remember last year when I was playing/holidaying they went back to back and got to the Conference South but never kicked on from there getting relegated in the second season (in the conference south) also Quorn also went invincible one year and got to the Conference South and were signing some quality players (including Jason Puncheon) They eventually got to the Conference Premier but couldn't do anything from there

Yes, without giving too much away, in the original db they have a full squad whose average CA is about 3x higher than the other odd individuals in that league.

Can't you downgrade their players. Are they walking the league in real life? I have just looked at the league & see they are 8th, though with games in hand, but hardly destroying the rest. Seems the players are very overrated in database.

Most of the players in their first team have played professionally in Romania so I think have been in the database in the past

Dan, I have been looking at the clubs in the Essex leagues in the database, & the main issue seems to be someone has researched all the squad for FC Romania, vastly overrating them, but no on seems to have bothered with the other sides, with only none or one player in the database. FC Romania reputation is only slightly more than most of the teams in the league, so I presume most of the players will want to leave the club as believing they are to good for that level. That probably explains why certain clubs have raced through a couple of leagues then stopped, as the players have probably left.
