I can't change language in Ipad mini2 (ios9)

Hi, I just purchased FMC in yesterday, and I tried to do as Korean, but I couldn't change it from English.

My pad's default language is Korean, and I went into Preferences and clicked 'Reset to Default ' option already, but still doesn't change language.

How can I change it?

Did you close the game fully and reboot it after resetting to default (with iPad language still set to Korean)? I've just tried it here and the language did change for me.

Let's just confirm the steps fully to make sure:

In the game, go to Preferences, hit 'Reset to Default' and then 'Confirm'.

Restart your device (to make sure the game has fully closed)

If it's not, set the language to Korean.

Boot the game.

If this still doesn't work, there must be some obscure issue and I'll update one of my Mini 2s to iOS9 to replicate exactly as it is for you.

Today, I also got a message from other Korean friend, he also updated ios version(ios9), and then occurred same problem as me.

Please notify again when you update your ios version.
