Reserve teams - no promotions from inactive league

Hi,

I have a problem adding reserve teams (B, II, or 2) to the lower leagues in PL. Here is the situation.

I've downloaded this update from CMREV site, in which the creators added 4 levels of the competition in PL (up until III.Liga, with sub-divisions), but they didn't implement relegations from this league, I wanted to create a "pool league" from which the clubs could win promotion to III.Liga (2 or 3 relegated from each sub-division).

I've activated the extinct IV Polska Liga in the editor (I've also tried creating it from scratch, which also didn't help) and I placed all the teams without division in this league, around 35, I've also edited all teams in Ekstraklasa and I Liga to have reserve team (type II) and added them to the IV.Liga, but the problem is that after 2 simulated seasons in game, none of those teams won a promotion, they play some games in IV LIga as the players have stats, but the teams don't play any friendlies, and as mentioned above, none won any promotion to III.Liga, some of the normal clubs were promoted, but not II teams.

I've tried adding longtitude and latitude to the stadiums they play, regional divisions for the teams, next year division, I've transferred players directly to the squad, but without any luck, I have no further ideas what could cause the teams not to win promotions from IV. Liga (which is inactive) to III.Liga, even when there are only 8 reserve teams in the inactive league, and 8 promotion places.

Some of the teams have reserve teams in III.Liga, and it seems to be working fine, any ideas what is wrong? I can provide my file later, as right now I don't have access to it.

EDIT: I think I've found a workaround, it has to be set up as it's in Spain or Potugal, with 2 separate clubs, and affiliate between them, the only drawback is that You won't have any options to choose the manager for the II team.

Also I have a problem, to set it up the same as Porto and Porto B, where there is an information, that 2nd team can use all training facilities of the 1st team, maybe somebody can help me with that.
