Australia's NPL

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any idea if Australia's National Premier League will be included in FM16?

Obviously I wouldn't expect it to be playable but if it is modelled correctly by SI like other non-playable leagues then switching it on in the editor and making it playable won't be that difficult.

Well as long as SI actually create it as an actual unplayable league then you can do it, otherwise creating it yourself is quite time consuming and borderline impossible.

Maybe because there is no promotion and relegation from the top flight, it won't be included. But it would be good to load for the FFA cup though.

Well, there is no promotion/relegation in the US and they still have the second tier (inactive, of course) in the database, probably to make the pool of players available in the nation more realistic. I don't think the same is the case for Australia, but no reason why it couldn't be.

Borderline impossible? Not really, as long as you're vaguely familiar with the editor. Especially if the state leagues and clubs exist in the database already, at least the top levels (and they do now, so assume they will in FM16 as well), it's just a matter of adding them to the nation rules, including the playoffs, which should be fairly easy...

Ok, I didn't know that, then I myself would like it included, a lot of players come from the NPL into the ALeague and as I said, it would be good for the FFA cup.
