Could someone explain to me this ?

If I have a player with 20 Natural Fitness and 1 Stamina What does that mean about him ? Is it possible to have such a player?

On the other hand if I have a player with 20 stamina and 1 Natural Fitness what does that mean about him? Is it possibe to have such a player ?

I thought those two correlate with one another not contradicting one another...

Stamina is governing how fast (or slow) a player will tire during a match, natural fitness is governing how fast (or slow) a player will recover his strengths in between matches, and also has an effect on the speed of recovery from injuries, I believe. I doubt that you will find many players in the database with stamina of 1 and natural fitness of 20, or vice versa, as these attributes are related.

Thank you...well I have someone with very high natural fitness (13) and with low stamina (6) and it perplexed me how such a thing is possible in real life since as you said they are related...

Well, since he has a decent natural fitness, he is probably more likely to gain stamina with the right training. Why his stamina is so low can be all sorts of reasons ... maybe a long spell injured? Maybe not having trained much fitness? Maybe injury prone so that his training is constantly interrupted? If he's young, stamina will in most cases improve considerably with training - if he stays free of serious injuries, and gets to play enough football.

I've never really understood this. Are we talking about someone who is really quick and thus will tire more quickly due to their high speed (Usain Bolt for example)?

Stamina is not the only thing that governs how fast a player will tire during matches; it also depends on how he plays, and what he is asked to do when playing. A player told to do frequent runs up and down the length of the pitch will tire quicker than one who's asked to stay put, a player with a high work rate will likely tire more quickly than a lazy one, etc. But then the stamina attribute works against this, so that a player with a high work rate and told to run much can tire slower than a lazy player with low stamina. And so on. Read the guide I linked to.
