Help with selling players

I've got 4 players I'd like to move on and would appreciate advice on how to get a decent fee for them.

1) Value £7m, age 27, 12 mths on contract, first team status

2) £5.25m, 28, 24 mths, rotation

3) £700k, 22, 12 mths, youngster

4) £6m, 29, 24 mths, first team.

It's June 2018 in my save.

Are any of these players wanted by any other clubs? And what sort of wages are they on? And what constitutes a "decent fee"?

As a general rule, the first thing I'd do is offer them out at a little more than what I'd deem a good fee,but without transfer listing them and see what sort of response I get back, then take it from there.

Give them some match time whilst they've been offered out too, if they impress whilst in the spotlight you've got much more chance of selling them.

None of them are wanted by another club,

wages

1) £50k

2) £30k

3) £10k

4) £35k

With those wages you shouldn't have too much trouble selling them.

The issue you will face is that without any interest you're going to take a bit of a hit on the price.

Offer them out at double to 2.5 time their without transfer listing them and see what kind of response you get

Not tried this in any of the recent versions, so not sure if it still works.

What I used to do was set the player's asking price to £0, which would prompt a lot of interest from other clubs.

Then I'd offer the player to clubs for more than his valuation, and usually receive some good offers.

To be fair I'd be surprised if this still worked...
