FM2013*** Humiliated, battered & bruised veteran 4-1-2-2-1 ***FM2013

Recommended Posts

After 20 years of football management experience, 2012-13 to 2031-32, I am absolutely shattered seeing my team (started Nov 2028) getting beat in every match.

I am playing TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, in Budesligua.

I managed to create a competitive squad, with loads of U21s players and an average squad age of 21-22 years of age.

I am finishing 6-7/18 and playing Euro Cup every year for the first 3 seasons.

The tactics I always start the season with was 4-1-2-2-1 control/balanced. I used them quite succesfully in Portugal's Premier League (Leixoes), as well as in Czech Republique (Viktoria Plzen).

One season in Portugal, I had the best attack and another season in Czech Republique, I had best defence and 3rd best attack.

I did notice that in Budesligua, it didn't work quite well, so, for the past two seasons, half way through, I succesfully deployed 4-4-2 control/balanced.

The tactics I am playing now, is 4-1-2-2-1 attacking/fluid and these are the ones I'll be posting screenshots about.

I just began the 2nd round, my team's morale is low and concede very easily, although they miss chances that even I would score!

They seem to concede mainly from shots or headers from the middle of the penalty area. It's quite strange, because last season I had resolved this problem.

I know that players morale plays a major role. I sold m goalkeeper and got a new one, sold my worse striker (my best for 2 seasons!) and bought a new one but it doesn't seem to help at all.

I've got more screen shots of my centre-backs who are tall but seem to miss loads of headers and I'll post them if necessary down the line.

I look forward to your feedback guys.
