Have the annoying little things been fixed?

There was a couple of things that bugged me about 15 like generated players having low bravery (including those with >? potential generated at startup) and odd manager movement like managers getting the sack a few days before a champions league final or often moving to a lower ranked team in the same league after winning the title. The board cancelling training facilities for lack of funds a few days before the season revenue came in was pretty annoying as well. Hate to sound like i'm having a moan because I have played 1381 hours of fm15 and it's a good game, just wondering if 16 is worth it.

Since it isn't simply a database update, some will prolly have been changed, but then they have most likely added new great things that just doesn't seem right.

Fx. I told my Barca B manager to hire staff, he then hired scouts, scouts and then more scouts, until the board blocked me from accepting anymore, I then go into the B team interface and find out I can't see the B team scouts, only coaches and physios.

On the other hand, B teams is no longer separate clubs, but actually is an integrated part of the main team, with the A manager able to decide things in relation to the B team. It annoyed me that the B teams in Spain was just an affiliate club in FM15. Still can't control training of B team players.

Have you tried chucking the ones you want to specifically train in your senior squad and making them available for your B side? I'm not sure if it would work for Barcelona but I do it with other clubs when I have anyone with good potential coming through and let the AI train the rest. No use setting training for someone that's never going to be good enough to make the team.
