[KHL]Entry level contract to old players

If a player is signed out of VHL from free agency, I should offer him an "entry-level" contract. It happens even if the player is 30 years old and spent several years in the KHL before.

Also, correctly the entry-level year in the rules should be 3 years max and min, but in the offer contract I can offer only 2 years, can't get it down to 1 year or up to 3 years.
