andyt365
Tottenham are lined up for a stadium move in the game 2018. However, The cost of the stadium is 400m in the game (Bank loan of same value in clubs finances) This is wrong because Spurs have already spent 100m on the project so the cost should only be 300m. Foundations are being done as we speak. This has been paid for already and by not spending money on net transfers over the last 5 years. Also, SI have included the cost of a new stadium without adding stadium sponsorship. This would be roughly 10-15m a year for 10 years. That would at least half, possibly cover 75% of the bank loan. Without these changes Spurs incur about 26m of debt repayments a year.
