FM 2016 - How to increase closing down

I've been experimenting with tactics in FM 2016 - mostly counter-attacking strategies without a huge amount of pressing. However, I was trying something a bit different (more akin to what I usually go for): a tactic with heavy-closing down (but with "Stay on Feet" to restrict space without committing defenders).

However, I can't figure out how on earth to do this in FM 2016? What am I missing?
