I have played a season and am now Gold Badged, but it doesnt seem to make any difference unless I am missing something ? At Rangers there are myself and 3 other coaches but I cant allocate anyone to training like in FM PC version, so just wondering what is the point of them ? Not having a go, quite like being a Gold rated attack coach but would be nice to think that helped the training of my attacking players ...... But this cant be influenced in the game , like in the PC version ? Just means the players mentioned will get better quicker ? What about motivation coach ? And I guess I am asking also if I go a Gold Attack coach, will the one player mentioned as me influencing, will his shooting etc ( attack stats) get higher ? You can improve the morale of players in the squad overall and sometimes even their personality in extreme cases. As a gold attacking coach, you will usually end up improving attackers, and the attributes improved can vary but are likely to be biased towards attacking. Youth coaches have an impact on the development of youth players at the club (and to a slight degree the potential of youngsters coming into your club). PS - Most coaches work as you'd expect - 'general' affect all players, others are specialized and affect players in their specialist area, motivational coaches are a little different they act as 'limited' general coaches but can also affect morale and uniquely the mental attributes of a player (esp. youngsters older players tend to be more set in their ways).
