Andylong42
Hi, I'm using an LG GPad 8.3 which is on the compatible list, however I am running a custom Marshmallow ROM. The app doesnt appear on the Play Store, and when I log in from a browser it shows my device as LGE V-500 (which is correct), but says this device is not compatible. Is there any way round this or would I have to go back to stock?
aaron1606
Would you mind downloading the 'Device ID' app onto your tablet (it's free, and small) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.redphx.deviceid&hl=en_GB and let me know the 'Device Codename' - this isn't personally identifiable or anything like that, it just gives the precise name of the device model used on the Play Store so we can check your specific model is set to be compatible.
