This referee absolutely hates me, my Team and all my players

Is it possible and acceptable that a specific referee will unleash all his hatred on my team?

I am playing in Gemany, Budesligua and I manage a very average team, Hoffenheim.

This referee, whenever he played at my team's game, no matter if our tackling was set up to "more cautious", he gave me 3-4 yellow cards, at least one red card and at least one penalty kick against me of course.

Is this any "coincidence", or is it just the fact that this referee absolutely hates me, my Team and all my players?

'more cautious' doesn't automatically mean less of anything (okay, maybe fouls)

but if your 20-aggression player wants to mow someone down in your area, then that's not the refs fault, it's your players

I always prefer having a few players with great aggression, it's good for the game!

I have maybe 3-4 players in each match with a 14-18 aggression attribute, but that's all.

This specific referee has made my life difficult, more than anyone else in any Country I played in FM2013!

The referee doesnt hate your team, but he is more strict, so tailor your team and game plan when he is in charge of your games.
