Help for the Emulation

Hi everyone. I wanna now what do you think about some articles' section, what would you do to emulating this section in FM. Here first of it ;

So it says ''a quick passing tempo in middle third possession and even quicker in the final third''. To do this control or attacking mentality seems appropriate. Am I wrong here ? ''immense individual skills'' also to do this very fluid, fluid seems appropriate likewise other team shape with 'be more exp.' TI.

Any help will be appreciated. I will add some other sections if you interest.

Also, Do you think shorter passing TI affect this quickness in the final thirth ? or Will it instruct to my players' passing range only ? And same question about retain possession shout
