Changing a club title bar colour without the using the editor? Help please

Hi, I've had a little look for help on this but can't find an exact solution, so hopefully someone can help...

FM16, I have a save with Virtus Verona but the colour of the club title bar on the squad simply hurts your eyes, with the combo of blue/red.

So I'm looking to change the colours without the use of the editor as I don't have the use editor in game thing ticked.

However, keep in mind that every team has a primary and a secondary colours set by database (so no skin edit will work). With coding you can just decide if you want or not to use them. For example you can tell the titlebar to show text in white instead of secondary, but like that every titlebar text will be white, and so on.
