MaiSaiPak Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Hi Guys, I just moved to Germany after spending some time in the States and realized that FM is not available to purchase in Germany. Here are the facts: My steam store is still set to the US. I do not have an American credit card, only a German credit card. My question is: Can I buy the game on a third party website (amazon, etc.) with my german credit card, and activate it on the steam store since the steam store is set to the USA? Will this work even though my IP and location is Germany? I don't want to purchase the game and then have it not work, having wasted the money. Guest Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Once you have an activation code you can install the game, the issue is finding a site that will allow you to purchase a code from a German IP & with a card registered to to a German address. jayahr Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 You can activate the game from/in Germany, even with a German Steam account.
