TainshyStryder
Hi guys, I took over Valencia at the start of the 2nd season (Gary Neville wasn't very good finished 8th) I'm doing well finished 3rd in the league but because of finances I'm having to sell players to make sure we don't go in to debt. I'm well within my wage budget and haven't spent 1/3 of what I've brought in (thank god for cheap Scandinavians!!) but the bank balance keeps getting lower and lower and I'm only able to keep 20% of any sales. I know that I have £1 million in loan repayments each month as well as the usual outgoings but I noticed that I have 'Fairly Basic Corporate Facilities' and was just wondering what do these do, if anything? I was also wondering if there is any way to improve these (I'm moving to the Nuevo Mestalla in 2019 so I imagine there's nothing I can do currently) as I think they'd probably be an additional revenue stream? Nobby_McDonald
They bring in money from corporate hospitality through the executive boxes and conference/restaurant facilities. As far as I know the manager can't ask for them to be improved and I'm not sure they can improve without moving to a new stadium.
TainshyStryder
Yeah, I thought as much. Hopefully they're better at the new stadium!
