I'm looking at my season 3 incomes and expenditures and would like to get a question answered to be able to manage it better in the near future. - Last season, I spent €7m on player wages, which is reasonable for my club. Problem is, I spent almost as much on Youth Setup (€6m). Could anyone tell me what's included in 'Youth Setup'? Is there any way to decrease this cost? My first idea would be to release on a free my less talented youngsters. I've 39 players in my under 18s squad, that might be the problem, not sure.
