soriwaatm
So I'm currently playing as the head coach of Hoffenheim in Bundesliga. I hesitantly put my youngsters in the B team (Hoffenheim II) which plays in the Regionalliga (non-playable), because I can't set up the individual training. Is it a bug or not? How should I deal with it? Should I hold my youngster ls in the U19s team until they good enough for the first team or move some adeaquate players to B team, to reduce crowd in U19s? I cannot shape the players the way I want if I moved them to the B team, because the B head coach will set the role and additional foucs training focus for them. Please help Go to staff, click on reserve training under the reserve coach, you can do it there.
soriwaatm
Go to staff, click on reserve training under the reserve coach, you can do it there. I've gone to Staff>>Responsibilities>>Hoffenheim II (my reserve team) But no option to change responsibility of reserve team training
herne79
In essence, they are effectively a different team. So you would need to set yourself up as the manager of Hoffenheim II in order to sort their training out. You could do that, set training, then go on holiday for the season (unless you want to play all of their matches as well).
soriwaatm
So in term of development, what should I better do. Move them up to the reserve which plays in non-league (the players will get stats, but no real match) and let the head coach set the training or hold them in the U19?
