First FM Custom Club Experience

Hello FM Community!

I picked up FM16 during the beta stage, and have since then been glued to my macbook managing teams. However, the two teams I have managed are both high level european sides. I had fun for a while, but it was not that much of a challenge once I got the training and tactics going. It felt like I was winning all the time in the end. I recently found this youtuber by the name of StatApp, whom you guys probably know. I have been watching both his FM15, and 16 lp's. I was really fascinated by the aspect of dragging a very low level team up into the Vanarama North/South leagues and rebranding them with new kits and a snazzy badge. I really wanted to do what he did with his USV save, adding some money, and basically starting from scratch. I opened up the editor and added Stamford into the Vanarama North league. I deleted all the players and staff, and ended up adding the same boring generic un-original talents that both FIFA and FM share. I added way to much money and completely overpowered the club. I even went so far to promote the club into the Championship. I leaned back and was utterly disappointed with the result of my Saudi Oil tycoon of a club. Now to the point I really want to experience what StatApp did building a club up from the bottom to european glory, but I lack the low english level knowledge of players, staff, and finances. This is why I came here, I'm really looking for some help to get me started on creating this club in the editor. You can contribute anything, but really I want someone to really assist me in creating my first proper interesting FM story.
