Wakers
So at the start of every game, the Assman sets player ois. If I clear those, and then set ois by position rather than individual (so I don't have to pause the game every time they make a sub or swap players), do they actually apply? Because when I swap back over to players nothing is set? Shouldn't they be showing on both screens if they're applied properly?
RTHerringbone
I think that's fine. You set OIs either to players or positions and the UI reflects that. I agree that it would be clearer if however you set them, then the OI still shows even when you switch view.

In FMT can I permanently set them, so that they apply all of the time whoever I'm playing against?

Don't think so, because OIs tend to need to be targeted to specific opponents, which you obviously can't do until you know who you're playing, what formation they use etc.
Os
If I set oi's on both screens which 1 takes precedent

Would seem that ironically this way round would be more suited to FMT. Example: I always want to hard tackle DL/DR/WBL/WBR regardless of team or player...(I don't but you get the idea)
