I need help with continental rules in the editor

Hi there, I have created a split world league system across eight countries:

West Europe (Andorra)

East Europe (including Scandinavia) (Moldova)

West Asia (Yemen)

East Asia & Oceania (Thailand)

North & Central America (Canada)

South America (Bolivia)

Northern Africa (Chad)

Southern Africa (Botswana)

There are seven divisions in each continent league system and an FA cup competition for each continent. I am happy with it and I have saved it into 8 editor files, however, I cannot create any continental tournament rules for it as I can't run the editor files at the same time in the editor. I have created the "Intercontinental Championship" and "Intercontinental Cup" (Cup Winners Cup idea) which will involve the qualifiers from all eight league systems. However, I have no idea how to set the rules up.

Can someone help me with this? I am happy to send over the editor files if someone can do it for me or I am happy to do it myself if someone can explain how to do it.

I was actually thinking about this the other day. I don't think you can have nation rules set up at the same time as continental. It's annoying because I want to have a continental Cup between my Andorra league, Spain and France but not sure I can.
