Asher413 Posted December 25, 2015 Share Posted December 25, 2015 I know why the game does it, but it's very unrealistic and impractical when GM's are fired from the NHL on July 1st- most teams would fire the guy they don't approve of before the draft. Maybe it would be feasible to move the 'end of season GM' evaluation date earlier, maybe after a team's last game, or at minimum once the Stanley Cup final is over?
