Niksa83
I wanted to give new contract to one of my players but could not get the work permit. The game tells me to loan him out to a club where he could get one. So how does this work excatly? How do i know at what club can he get work permit? Jamman
You need to loan him out for a number of years (3 I think) so he becomes a citizen of that country, needs to be same country every year. That said would this really happen in real life? Surely if he had a permit he would be able to get a second one.

Yes... it would happen in real life... and does.. it's nothing to do with how much he plays for a club, or if he has one already, they have to meet specific needs to get a wp..see here: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/448090-No-work-permits
FATPimP
I have the same problem with Varela with Manchester United. He is strangely one of my best performers and got 6 mounts left on his contract and I can give him a new one because of this. He wont go on loan to my affiliate clubs and nobody else wants him... So does that mean I am gonna lose one of my cheapest and most effective players?? Fudge!
cris182
Other clubs will know he can't get a permit, So they will be thinking why buy him when he may be available on a free soon. He won't go on loan to your affiliate until you actually give him the contract with no permit then try to loan him, As before that he will still have the valid one and see no reason to go You need to make a choice
