I noticed that every Team has a U19 and a U18 Team. Is that the real life setup ? Seems kinda weird and not really a good thing in terms of in-game mechanics ... And for lower league teams there are no scheduled games for the U18.

And is there "Promotion"/"Relegation" for the youth teams or will a lower divisions U19 always play in the same lackluster division even if the main team would reach the Serie A eventually ?

in real life there is u19 and u17, but we can't change u18 to u17... the division of u19 depends on the division of the main team... if main team is on Serie A, or Serie B, u19 is on Primavera; if mai team is on Serie C (Lega Pro) u19 is on Berretti...

I don't really get how Coppa Italia Serie D works... It seems that if you win in one the Rounds you will automatically qualify for two Rounds ahead (ie. Win in 1st Round will let you play in 3rd Round, winning in the Last 16 will let you play in Semis). And the Competition History does not show any new team winning the cup, it stops to 14-15 winner.

Are you sure? I'll fix this bug..

This is awesome!

I have a hard time chosing between Venezia (where I have been), and Triestina, which seems like an interesting club.

Btw, can somebody name some really small clubs from the 5th tier?

Clubs who could become the 'new' kind of the likes of Sassuoulo, Carpi and Frosinone?

I would love to play one of those in Eccellenza.

But I dont speak Italian - so it is hard to research the lower leagues.

Maybe that is not what you want, but i can only suggest my hometown club.. Casale :)

We play in Eccellenza Piemonte Girone B (btw, we won the league just today  ) and we have an history, a italian title a couple of years ago (ehm... 1914  )

The town is a little one (around 35000 people lives here) and it is very unlikely we can become clubs like the ones you named but... maybe you can do that!

Frosinone have done a miracle like Crotone this season; Sassuolo and Carpi owners are very rich (Mapei, Gaudì) so aren't like Frosinone. In Eccellenza nobody have that amount of money behind but many prestigious clubs with a story in Serie A are in like Casale, Varese, Legnano or Treviso.

Thanks for the suggestions.

And the information.

I have chosen Venezia F.C. as my first challenge.

If that goes well, I might try a club in Eccelenza in the future.

Btw, how rich is Joe Tacopina, the american lawyer?

He has plans to build a new ground near the airport - I can understand that kinda, because the current one is really run down, and hard to get to.
