I think you went over kill with the picture links, and it would take anyone some time to click through all those. One thing I would state right up front is that even with all of the information you provided, it would be good to know what you are trying to do with your tactic i.e. how do you want it to play? Second, how are you getting beaten? Have you noticed any particular problems? Finally, you are changing things around pretty frequently, which suggests your initial setup is not working well, but again, we need some clear idea of what you are working towards and what is going wrong.

Dr. Hook is right. There's an awful lot of images but no actual real information; nobody will realistically click through all those links. It would generate more responses if you just posted the formation, Roles, Duties, Team, Player instructions, and then specifically mention the issues you have seen.

While there's definitely too many links there, I'm playing with Ipswich Town as well so I figured have a look at a few of them.

A few things jumped out. Your central midfield will have issues defensively. A two-man CM pair needs at least one player to hold position like a CM/D or DLP/D. For Ipswich, I'd go with a CM/D as there really isn't a suitable DLP in the squad. The stickied Pairs and Combinations thread might be helpful reading for you as far as balancing your roles out.

I noticed at one point you had limited defenders but "Play Out of Defense" selected. That's a bit of a contradiction - LDs are supposed to hoof the ball at the first sign of the danger, but play out of defense encourages them to build from the back. I wouldn't recommend trying to build from the back - Ipswich's defenders aren't very technical and that's not ideal for a 442 anyway. The standard Central Defender role works well for me.

The biggest issue though is simple, as mentioned above - you need to know what kind of football you want to play. You make a lot of changes, but it's not clear what you're trying to accomplish with them. Ipswich have a fairly versatile squad so a lot of things can work, but you need some idea of what you want from your team before we can help you achieve it.

You obviously went to some trouble here, so you are serious about sorting out your tactical problems, but to get some help, there is a bit more necessary information.
