tommibarnes
Hi guys, I'm now in my 6th season as manager of Tranmere, so far I've managed to get them promoted from the conference to the championship, with no problems of players being unhappy with training. As soon as I won League 1, I bought as many coaches as possible, as my way has always been to put staff as the priority to players and so far it's worked very well with a lot as I have overachieved in every season except my first. So this season the staff menu says that I have the best coaches in every category possible in the Championship, yet a number of players are not happy with the standard of fitness coaches at the club. Even though I was already the club with the best fitness coaches in the league, I signed another 3 fitness coaches to improve this, and still about 5 months down the line most of the squad is unhappy with the coaching. Does anyone know of a way I can fix this? Thanks.
Cougar2010
Its not the quantity of fitness coaches, its the quality they are unhappy with.

herne79
Rather than letting the game define what makes a good fitness coach, what do you define as being a good fitness coach?
tommibarnes
Rather than letting the game define what makes a good fitness coach, what do you define as being a good fitness coach? I just look at the fitness stat really, is there anything else I should be looking for?
herne79
The "best" coaches will have decent attributes in Determination, Motivation and Discipline - as well as their respective field of expertise (such as Fitness Coaching in this instance). That may be your issue. However, unprofessional players moan a lot about training. Check the personalities of the players who are moaning, that might be a reason. Finally, so what if they are moaning? Is anyone's performance on pitch actually suffering? If not, then who cares? .
