MacLooch Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 How does coaching work in FMT? I can only hire one coach obviously, so how do they affect training? For example, if I have a coach with 15 attacking and 5 defending does that mean my players attacking attributes will raise faster than defending? If that is the case, wouldn't a coach with 10 across the board be better for balanced training than a coach with a couple of 15's an a couple of 5's? The attributes of the assistant manager have no bearing. Choose one with man management, jpa/jpp, motivating, tactics to help in reports and advice.
