AIK
I'm trying to loan out a few of my players but they all seem to refuse. I have now spent a few hours with trying everything I can think of with the RTE to force a loan deal through with a player but I can't figure out why they reject it. I've lowered CA/PA and reputation of the player. I've raised the reputation of my affiliate club. I've raised and lowered ambition and professionalism. I've added the affiliate as a favourite club. Nothing seem to work. So now I'm asking, what are the criterias that the players use to decide if they accept or reject a loan bid? On a side note, generally they are way to prone to reject loan bids in FM16. It's almost impossible to loan out a player to my affiliates. And even more impossible to extend a loan deal (so that it includes the clause to allow them to play against your own team).
Messimerize
Pretty sure the reputation of the loanee league matters somewhat. I've had players accepting loan offers from more reputable leagues even if they were not going to get more football compared to other offers.
AIK
Problem in this case is that the team I'm trying to force a deal too are playing the same league as my own team.
Spurs08
The distance from your club may have some impact, especially if they are young, on low wages, or most importantly on either youth or part-time contracts.
