Getting the 5th and 6th placed teams to qualify for a competition

Is it possible to get just the 5th and 6th teams to qualify for a certain club competition?

For example, in the Gulf Leagues

1st and 2nd and 3rd and 4th qualify to either the AFC Champions League or AFC Cup (already in-game)

5th and 6th place qualify to the GCC Champions League (I created it),

how do get 2 teams from each country but NOT the top 2 teams?!!!

In the League settings click League Fate actions and click add.

Add cup team (or) Qualify team for competition - using positions (don't know which one will work better)

to the competition and stage you want the teams participate.
