Stadium?

Playing as Wrexham and I'm in the prem

I used the editor to check what the stadium can be expanded to, and it can get up to 28k which is decent (currently @ 14k after seats were put in)

Would I be better off

1) Buying the ground (no rent is paid) and expanding it

2) Just expanding it without buying it (no resale value when we eventually move to a bigger stadium?)

3) Doing nothing

1) - my reason. When you eventually be able to afford a new stadium, the capacity will go off the 28,000. Maybe a 40,000 stadium could be built depending on how well you perform and tickets sales of course.
