Fmfan00 Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 I am using a custom database from fmscout... my question is with me playing in Canada, i keep on asking my board to find a senior affiliate or affiliate team but they always come back with no teams every time and then when i go to ask about expanding the scouting range they say it costs too much... is it because of the database or how do i eventually get the board to expand the scouting range and affiliates?
