Fancy_Pants
Hey all! I just want to start out and apologize if I'm doing this incorrectly. But, I am having issues with the custom database not pulling up at all. I do recall when you are about to start a new game, that the option to choose a database should be available, and that you can select the custom database you would like to play with. The problem I am having is, that it's not pulling up at all. Not even a hint. I will start the process of creating a game and it will just go directly to selecting the countries I want to play in. Doesn't pull up any database choices before creating a game. Can someone help me? I am currently on Windows 10. Thanks to all the kind people that respond and offer suggestions
Welshace
Your custom database is just a editor data file you add when starting a new game now, not a separate database. So when starting a new game.. you'll see this screen: What you want is the custom button there... change it to custom and press ok.. it will bring up a screen to load in your custom file

That is my issue. How do I fix that?
Welshace
If it's not popping up there must be an issue with the file itself... have you put it in the correct place when saving? C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\editor data Is the default I believe... If you have it in there... clear the cache and reload the skin as well. Would there be an issue of me downloading my steam to the D drive and having those folders in my C drive?

Welshace
Let's start again.. Where did you get your database from? Steam workshop or another place? Go to your editor data folder that I directed to above and see if your file is there.

Welshace
The game isn't seeing it.. so back in game, i'd go to downloads from the main menu and activate the file from within the game rather than through steam. see if that kicks it into gear.
