Individual player instruction help

I can give an instruction to specific position to swap positions with another position, but why can`t I give individual instruction, for example I only want Messi to swap positions with a striker, but when someone else plays on Messi`s position then I don`t want that player to swap position with a striker?

Unless I've misread your post I'm pretty sure you can do that already.

You can set instructions specific to the player and the position.

You can only swap the positions, not specific players.

You can set "swap position" instruction to the position, but you can`t set "swap position" instruction to the specific player.

Because Messi does swap positions with Suarez sometimes in real life, but of course when someone else plays on Messi`s position they don`t.
