borobadger
Has anyone else had players attributes drop off for no apparent reason? a 23 year old with no injuries should not be having a 1 point drop almost across the board for no good reason. Could playing too many games be a cause of this?
FrazT
Bear in mind that we see attributes to the nearest whole number, but the game calculates to 0.1, so the drop can be from say 14.5, which will be shown as 15 down to 14.4 which will be shown as 14 ( I am not sure at which point the whole number changes, but you get the idea). It could be something simple like tiredness, but check it over a period of time and see if there is a trend.

FrazT
It shouldnt affect technical but could affect physical, I would suspect.
StolzVonDerAu
What usually helps in those situations: - Personal Talk and critisize training level - increase player training level (in case eg a backup player, additionally give more game time eg via reserves), or increase team training if it's more than one player (it happened to me often once I had the team training down to low over periods, but I figured it's better to rest players specifically that actually play games) It's usually a mix of not enough game time and/or training – or most obvious unprofessional work ethic (low(er) work rate, low(er) professionalism)
eple
It might just be his attributes are being shifted due to an important attribute going up. I.e if a player has reached his potential or is at the max level of improvement for his playing level, and you are training him in certain attributes, other attributes might drop to allow for an increase in the ones you are focusing his training on.
