Can Aggression be trained through player focus?

I'm still trying to make a team play in an embattled way like I want but even with high work rates I still don't get the amount of interceptions I want them to have. I want to win possession back quickly and I'm convinced i need a team with high overall Agression and Bravery.

Can these attributes be trained by individual player focus, like, setting a striker to train as Defensive Forward (Which has as one of it's key attributes, Aggression and Bravery)?

Could be wrong but the only other role that have these as key is Ball-winning Midfielder.
