Minimising game problem

Just wondering if anyone can help me, while playing FM16 i often minimise the game and sometimes ill go to click back onto the game and it will just show me a black screen in which i then have to CTRL ALT DEL and close the game that way losing my progress. Just wondering if this is common or if anyone knows a way of sorting it out?

Try changing the game view to one of the windowed modes.

Make sure also that when the screen goes black, you click somewhere on the black screen, as that works for me
