About half way through the season, I was top of the league and clear by 7 points having won my last 7 matches. Because it was working so well I continued to use the same tactic, and I just suddenly turned terrible. After my winning streak of 7 games, I got only 10 points from the next 16 matches (dropping 38 points). This change is ridiculous and so unrealistic! Can anyone tell me why this happened??? You've not provided any details at all that someone can help you with. We need you to be as detailed as possible if you seek help/advice. Without it the only advice anyone can offer is, teams play differently in the second half of the season against you based on rep/results/form so if you are top of the league and cruising then teams will be more cautious/defensive against you. This is when you find out how good your tactic really is because against sides in the first half of the season even if you have a bad tactic you can do well. The reason for this is these type of sides attack you which in turn creates space for you to play in. So even if the role/duty allocation is unbalanced short term you'll succeed somewhat due to not needing to be the one creating this space. This means come the time teams are more cautious all the above changes and it's now down to you to create this space and movement, that in the first half of the season, the opposition give you freely. This is why 100% of the people who differ this issue struggle because they don't realise it. However we can't help you without actual details and specifics though.
